Open a support request in Account Center

The real signed-in support flow lives in the Account Center. It uses the existing account session, the shared support API, and the configured Resend delivery path.

• Signed-in support requests are handled at `/account/support`.

• Notification preferences are reviewed at `/account/notifications`.

• Password, email, MFA, and recovery changes remain SSO-managed.

• If email delivery is unavailable, the account center shows the truthful fallback state instead of a fake submit confirmation.
